Hay and dandelion , or should I say .
Hay and dandelion , or should I say . 57% pils, 21% Vienna, 10% wheat, 7% carabelge, 4% oats, oh and around 400g of hay, presoaked. 6.5kg grains total. EKG bittering 15 IBUs. All non hop plants taken from my garden. 500g dandelion whole plants (roots and all) in with the hops at the beginning of the boil, these will contribute to the bittering. 460g dandelion flowers (green outer parts included), a few grams of herbs (marjoram, lovage, tansy) dotted around the garden chucked in with the flowers at flameout. Split 3 ways: 1 gallon fermented with wild yeast collected from the hay, 2 gallons Wallonian saison , 2 gallons saison blend.
